Banksy art could hit record $1 million in Auckland auction
Artwork from Banksy, an anonymous graffiti artist with a cult following, could fetch $1 million when it goes to auction in Auckland later this month. The original signed piece from 2003 shows a chimpanzee wearing a sandwich board with the phrase “Keep it real” spray-painted on it. The auction, which will also feature two other Banksy works, is scheduled for March 30 at the International Art Centre in Parnell....

The annual Tararua District Art Exhibition has returned to celebrate and support the district's creative talent. Well over 100 paintings, photographs and sculptures from 59 local artists will be on display at the Woodville Race Course over the next week. “It’s a great outlet for local artists. Covid-19: National calls for inquiry into Valentine's Day cluster
The Opposition is calling for an inquiry into the Valentine’s Day cluster of Covid-19. The cluster caused two separate level 3 lockdowns for Auckland and saw 15 total cases, with four still active.
